Office Policies

Scheduling appointments

Patients are seen by appointments for both urgent sick visits and for well baby, well child and teen physicals. Appointment times for sick visits are given based on the severity of the illness or injury, and your convenience. Please call early in the day for same day appointments. If your child needs immunizations only, you will still need to make an appointment. All immunization orders are confirmed by a pediatrician prior to the appointment.

We do not offer walk-in appointments. We ask that you arrive at the office a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that patients can be checked in by the appointment time. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Prescription Refills

Please ask your pharmacy to send a request to our office for all refills. We will fax back refill requests to your pharmacy within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend and Holiday refill requests will be completed on the next business day. Please allow 24 hours for your refill request to be processed.

School/Childcare/Camp/Sport Forms

Please complete the parent’s section of the form before sending forms to our office.  Allow 3-5 working days for all forms to be completed.  We ask for your patience in filling out forms so that doctors can devote the proper time to review medical records and fill out forms with accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Failure to call to cancel an appointment may result in a charge to you, which is not covered by insurance companies.
